This privacy policy governs your use of the software application ADD-NEO for mobile devices

that was created by Aburastar. The Application use the GPS location service to calculate / display

user’s outdoor activities including locations, moving speed, direction, time...geo location related

information.

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

User Provided Information

The Application does not ask any user information such as name, phone

number, or email.

Automatically Collected Information

The Application requires user to grant the GPS/Location service from

user’s phone device. Once user grant the permission, the application will

collect user location information dynamically to perform the application

functions.

Does the Application collect precise real time location information of

the device?

Yes. This application use GPS technology (or other similar technology)

to determine your current location in order to perform the application

functions. Your location information is only used for performing the

functions and will not be shared to other users outside of this

application.

If you choose to save your activities recorded by this application - the

saved records will contain your location information as well as your

activities attributes such as traveling speed, direction, calories

burned...etc. The saved records can be viewed form the device - it’s your

own responsibility to protect / limit the access to your mobile device and

this application.

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by

the Application?

No. This application will not share any information with third party.

What are my opt-out rights?

You can stop all collection of information by the application and erase

saved records easily by uninstalling the application. Please use the

standard uninstall processes provided by your mobile device.

Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information

Your location data saved as your activities records will be retained

within the application. All data will be erased immediately once

application is removed (uninstalled). You can also delete specific saved

record.

Children

This application only collects location information of the device when it

is running. It will not determine the user age and perform any specific

function.

Security

Your location data collected and saved is stored in your mobile device.

Other people can view your records if they get access to your mobile

device. You are responsible to practice the best protection on your

mobile device such as locking and password protecting your mobile

device.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason.

We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the
